South Oceanside Bungalow
This small bungalow home was built in the 1950's, small rooms, 8' flat ceiling, quite outdated for today's standards. The ceiling was raised along with adding a large dormer and a arched window. This unique design, gave this small home a much larger appearance than it really is. The tongue and grove wood ceiling was also sandblasted and stained to give the ceiling a rich and beautiful look.
